I’m a typical middle child – peacemaker and communicator – except for one thing. I never allow myself to be overlooked. I love to live in the middle of adventure; and, if you allow, I will pull you along with me! I’m a mixture between cowgirl and let’s go to a ball.

I had the luxury of growing up under the loving care of my parents and surrounded by two older brothers, one younger sister, and of course Berkeley our youngest brother. I wish I could say we siblings lived in perfect harmony, but you would know I was lying if I said that we did. Let’s just say that being the middle child of five teaches you great negotiation and survival skills. We had the best childhood!

In addition to my full-time job that pays the bills, I’m passionate about meeting people in their place of need and do so through my writing and speaking. I utilize

• my experience growing up with a special needs brother,
• my willingness to let others see my ragged edges, and
• my love for digging into Scripture.
